Starting point
I joined zeon.exchange after a leadership change and relaunched the product from scratch. It is B2B payments and crypto-exchange infrastructure for merchants in CIS and Central Asia.
Scope
I led product across engineering, design, finance and compliance. I designed merchant onboarding and KYC/AML flows, and the integration model with banks, PSPs and payment gateways, including local instant-payment rails and card schemes.
With finance and compliance, I defined payout, pricing and markup logic. I also built interactive prototypes and a product configurator used in partner sales and at industry conferences.
Result
The relaunch moved from discovery to production launch in under four months. Production launched in May 2026.
