# AllCars.cy: product growth from zero

## Starting point

I built AllCars.cy from scratch and run it solo across strategy, business model, product, UX/UI, development, data and growth. It is car-market intelligence for Cyprus: used-car listings in one search, with price history, VIN and plate checks, and valuations.

## Product and delivery

I built daily pipelines to aggregate, de-duplicate and enrich listings. That work includes VIN decoding, plate history and image OCR. I also launched a B2B pricing API for insurers and dealers, plus monthly market reports.

The delivery setup uses AI coding agents under one pipeline: spec, failing test, build and independent review. The project has 2,000+ commits with CI/CD, automated deploys and monitoring.

## Growth evidence

AllCars.cy launched in May 2026 and reached 12,000+ active users in five months. During that period, I kept testing features, pricing and acquisition channels.

Google Search Console recorded 11,427 clicks, 294,273 impressions, 3.88% average CTR and average position 8.1 from 5 Aug to 2 Nov 2026. Google Analytics 4 recorded 12,918 active users, 17,851 sessions and 12,084 engaged sessions in the same window, with Direct traffic excluded.

The mini app showed 17,336 live listings on 3 Nov 2026.
